Could it be Duckworth Hall Farm your looking for?
I was married to a Duckworth and looked at the Duckworths in this area but didn't find a connection with your lot. Though I'm sure they would be connected somewhere along the line.
The reason I ask if it may be Duckworth Hall, is there is a Public House called "Duckworth Hall" in that area and is still standing.
