Jeremiah Duckworth

I am seeking information on Jeremiah Duckworth of North Carolina.He was active around Orange County in the Regulator Movement of the 1760s. I suspect that he and his family moved to the South Carolina backcountry between 1770 and 1790.Is he by chance the ancestor of the Duckworths who joined the Big Creek Baptist Church in Pendleton, SC? A number of Duckworths from that church intermarried with the Welborns, who had also been Regulators back in NC.Does anyone have info on the connections between these SC and NC Duckworths? If so I will be happy to share what I have in exchange for new info.Thank you in advance.
