I see on the 1830 Madison County, AL census, there is a Matthew Dunn with 1 male under 5, 1 female under 5, l male and 1 female age 20-30.I don't know if this is your Matthew or not. There is an M.Dunn in Morgan county Al in the 1840 census 2 m under 5, 2 male 5-10, 1 male 10-15 and 1 male 40-50, 1 female 5-10, 1 female 10-15, 1 female 30-40.
