Jo:I found your sight and I have a William Dunn married to Catherine Sims, he is the son of Mathew and Eliza Dunn of Marshall Co. AL.I also found where a William is listed with three children and no wife.Could these be the same William.We have a few Lewis Dunn's in our family.

There children were, William, Elizabeth ,Twins (James, Joseph,)Mathew, Francis M, Henry L, Robertson B, Anderson E,.After 1850 I can no longer find where most of these went to.Mathew SR. is married to a widow woman with two girs in 1860.Eliza is in Tn. with Mathew Jr. in 1870.My husband is the grandson of Anderson who came to White Co. Ar in the early 1900.Mathew Jr. Went on to TX.
