Seeking information on AMELIA H. RUTJES (b. VA 1831), widow of A.J. Rutjes, one-time proprietor of the Hotel Claiborne in Durham.After her husband's death in the late 1880s, Amelia Rutjes moved back to Durham where she is listed in city directories until 1903.Her later whereabouts, death and burial are unknown.
