Rev. L. B. Dutcher, Palatine Church

On one of the On-line antique stores I found an interesting postcard.
It was printed around 1909, and has an image of the Old Palatine church.

The card mentions that the current pastor is L. B. Dutcher.I did some
digging and found that L. B. Dutcher was pastor of this church from 1899
t o1911.

Does anyone know of this Dutcher, or at least his full name.
