Thomas Henry Duthie 1806 from Stirling, Scotland

I'm looking for any info on TH Duthies parents.He was born 6 Jul 1806.His brother's name was Rev Archibald Hamilton Duthie.I believe he had sisters as well, possibly in Edinburgh.

He went to the Cape (South Africa) in 1826 with his regiment, the 72nd Highlanders(the Duke of Albany's Own).

Any help would be great!
