Probably no help. Have a Susannah Dutton in one of my trees, whose father was one of the early Billerica, MA settlers around 1659. Can't trace her siblings. Also have a Susannah Preston, born in the 1740's around Littleton, MA in the same tree. Haven't yet been able tp trace her siblings.
