Dvorak, Antoinette

I am looking for info on my Dvorak heitage.My grandmother was Antoinette/Antonette Dvorak.She was born in 1907 near Spillville Iowa.Her parents were Wesley James or James Wesley and Alva Dvorak.She was married to Fred Rabuck and they lived in New Lisbon, WI.She died in 1954.She had about 12 brothers and sisters. My mother (her daughter) is named Barbara. She was told this is a family name.She also has some other names to try to piece together.Any information would be appreciated.
