Here is newer information on Mary Dvorak/Dworak: Her maiden name was Mary Musil Zid born in House #1 at Chrbonin, Tabor, Czech Republic on January 19, 1839. Her father was Jacub Zid Musil, her mother was Mary Kornik/Kassueck.
The Zid family left Bohemia, traveled on the ship Gustav, arrived in New York 20 Aug 1856. The family consisted of Jakub, Amalie(Mary), Anna, Balzer, Franz, Josepha, Maria, and Rosa. They only used their other last name, Musil, in America. They dropped the "Zid".
Mary Musil married Frank Dvorak/Dworak/Dworsak on 21 Feb 1859 in Franklin, Kewaunee County, WI. Frank's parents were Martin and Barbora Dvorak. Frank & Mary had a farm in Carleton, Kewaunee County, WI., before they moved to Green Bay in the mid 1870's. While in Carleton, Frank & Mary Dvorak lived next door to Jacob Dworak, wife Rosa (Barbara), Rosa, Caroline & Joseph.
There are a whole slew of Dvorak's who settled in the Kewaunee/Manitowoc County area in the 1850's: Mathias, Joseph, Jacob, John, Wenzel, George, Frank, Waclaw. I do not have them sorted out yet. Brothers? Cousins? Maybe, maybe not.
