There is no evidence that Robert Easley the immigrant was born in France, nor that he was a French Huguenot.I have over the years sent queries to many people who have posted a French lineage for him; most did not have any documentation; some did not reply at all.

As for your direct ancestress, I have her name just as Elizabeth Easley rather than as Virginia Elizabeth Easley.
