You are very fortunate as your line is fairly well known and documented.Barnabas was son of Samuel Eaton and Elizabeth Fuller; Samuel was son of Samuel Eaton b. 1620 and Martha Billington. This Samuel came over as an infant on the Mayflower with his parents, Francis Eaton and Sarah, and his wife, Martha, was daughter of his stepmother, Christian Penn and Francis Billington, another Mayflower pilgrim. As a matter of fact, your line has numerous Mayflower pilgrim ancestors.Barnabas' first wife was Mehitable Alden, granddaughter of John Alden, and his mother Elizabeth Fuller was daughter of Samuel Fuller.
Their are many books on this line. Some of the most definitive are:
Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Volume 01: Francis Eaton, Samuel Fuller, William White
Author: Kellogg, Lucy Mary, ed.
Publication: [Plymouth MA:] The General Society of Mayflower Descendants, 1975
Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Volume 05: Edward Winslow, John Billington
Author: McGuyre, Ruth C., Robert S. Wakefield, and Harriet W. Hodge
Publication: [Plymouth MA:] The General Society of Mayflower Descendants, 1991
Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Volume 16, Part One: John Alden
Author: Woodworth-Barnes, Esther Littleford, compiler, and Alicia Crane Williams, ed.
Publication: [Plymouth MA:] The General Society of Mayflower Descendants, 1999
