Concerning Benoit ECK (dead in 1843 in Rouffach, Alsace,France)) I have found that he came from Reischofen in northern part of Alsace.Regarding Benoit Eck and his marriage to Catherine Gottier (Catherine dead in 1847 in Rouffach,Alsce,France)- they had a child, Reine Eck (born 11 June 1833 Soultz,Alsace,France) and she was married to Dominique Metzier (Married on 15 Nov 1855 in Mulhouse, Alsace, France).
