Who Am I?

Hello there, I have been on this website doing some searching for my family tree and cannot seem to come up with anything. All I know is My name is 1973 Johnny W Edmondson Jr, my fathers name is around 1950's Johnny W Edmondson Sr (Janice Ann Jones 1955) (Anadarko Oklahoma), and his fathers name was Johnny W Edmondson Sr. My parents divorced when I was 5 years old and we moved away from my father so I never learned anything else about my Surname. Can you point me in the right direction on how and where I can search more less the option of contacting my father.
