Edney Family Line

I am a decedant of a branch of the "Edney's".Which branch, I am unsure.My mother's mother was Ardeth Irene Edney.Her father's name was Lawrence Edney.We are unsure where they were born or what their exact heritage is.I've always been told I was part Irish, which could be the "Black Dutch Irish", but I am unsure.

I am trying to obtain any information from anyone connected to the Edney's that lived in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
