William Eller, b.1831 NC

I am seeking information on William Eller who married Maria A (b. 1836, PA (or KY)).

They are found on the 1860 census for Castor, Madison, MO with two children:
Isabella A. age 6, born IN
James E. age 2, born MO

They are also found on the 1890 Oklahoma Territorial Census for Hardesty, Beaver, OK.

I'm particularly interested in tracking down Isabella and James, identifying other children and finding the parents of this couple.
