SIR JOHN ELLSWORTH 17th century

Ancestral File gives Sir John Ellsworth and Lucia Bower of 'Eelstown'or 'Elestown' Cambridgeshire UK as progenitors of the Connecticut Ellsworth family and much else besides. Searches in Cambridgeshire have so far failed to find either the Elssworth family or 'Eelstown'. Anyone out there in Connecticut who has any more information is invited to get in touch. I am going to have a serious dig around in the UK for the origin of this information so if anyone would like to be kept posted, or join in the search, let me know.
