Englehardt Germany & Poughkeepsie NY

I am looking for my ancestors, Christian Englehardt and his wife Caroline H.I know Christian was born in Hessen Germany abt 1815 and married Caroline H. (don't know full last name). She died May 20, 1896 in Poughkeepsie, NY.She is also from Hessen.They had 13 children, including: Christian, Caroline, Abraham, Edward, Elizabeth, George, Henry, John, Mary, William, Martha, Martin and Charles.

I am looking to find out Caroline's last name, and parents' names. Also, trying to find out about Christian Englehardt's parents.
