Robert Epps born in NC in 1829

My ggg-grandfather was born February 14, 1829 in or near Morganton, Burke County, North Carolina.Supposedly he came to Tennessee (perhaps Jefferson County) in 1834 or so.He may have had two sisters, Letitia, and Carolina.I am looking for Robert Epps parents.Robert's youngest son was named Robert Francis Ellsworth Epps and perhaps he was a junior.Any information would be appreciated.I have info on Robert's decscendents and am willing to share.
