Hi!
Bob Eppes worked at Big River at Helena, AR for a short while.Robert worked there 15 years.
Robert and Bob never talked genealogy to figure out anything about how they related.Robert remembered Bob was from Wynne.All I remembered was that the Bank took money from our account to cover Bob's checks at least twice!That also happened to us in Cherokee, AL.So at least Banks thought all the Epps were the same. HA!
Give us the names and dates of your oldest knowndirect Epps relative.It may be easy to figure out and then it may not!
The two main groups that lived in AR were descendants of Lawrence Epps (b. 1782 NC -d. 1861 Lincoln Co., TN).Descendants of Pleasant Epps (b. 1776 VA -d. 184? Montgonery Co., NC).Robert's group is from Butler Co., MO.
