Designated as "(C.2.f.)" in my 1990 compilation, I have Elizabeth Epting born 2-28-1813, died 6-1-1871.Daughter of Jacob Epting and Mary Cannon, [daughter of David Cannon.]Jacob Epting (b. 12-25-1775, died 7-11-1816 and is buried in Beth Eden Lutheran Church.Mary Cannon (b. ca 1770 died spring 1849).When Jacob Epting died, Mary Cannon Epting had seven children to raise.She married secondly John Adam Wicker.She is buried in Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Elizabeth Epting about whom you inquired, married (1) George Sligh and (2) Rev. Mark M. Boyd.Rev. Boyd was born 2-4-1806, died 3-24-1900.Buried New Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.Mark was the son of Rev. Nathan Boyd who died 1821.

3.George Boyd (born about 1837) married Mary J._______ born about 1836.

4.Mordecai boyd born about 1841 Married Margaret A. _____ born about 1843.
Their children were Amanthus M. Boyd (female) born about 1871; Mary M. Boyd born about 1876; Fletcher M. Boyd born about 1877; Gurney E. Boyd (male) born about 1879.
5.M.A.C. (Margaret) Boyd born about 1842.
6.Rev. David Pettus Boyd born about 1849.
7.Emma E. Boyd born about 1852.
8.Frances C. Boyd (female) born about 1854.
