I have Johannes Ernst married to Elizabeth Barbara Sontag....son Conrad Ernst b. Feb. 13, 1788. Conrad married 2 Kuney sisters, Elizabeth b. 5-21-1789 d. 4-01-1823 in Perry Co., PA. and Maria Salome b. 5-27-1898 d. 1866, they were married in 1823 after Elizabeth died. Combined of the 2 mothers, Conrad had 18 children. Maybe your Sontag is of this branch as well.
