Hi Roger, nice to hear from you.
I've just rec'd Edward & Esther's marriage cert if you'd like a copy.
Edward died at Back Church St, Seaham Harbour on 31/1/1894, cause of death Asthma, cardiac diseae. He's buried at Princess Road cemetary in an unmarked, communal grave. His marriage cert has his occupation as a mariner, although on death cert and 1881 and 1891 census he is a miner.I'm still trying to locate his birth cert and to date have not found Esther's death, although by 1901 the children are not living with her so the date range is quite narrow.
Any information on Esther's ancestry and siblings would be really great - if you'd like copies of Edward's two certs that I have so far (M&D) lt me know, or if you'd like any information on either their children or Edward's line.I've also a a couple of photographs of Thomas, their eldest son before and during ww1if a copies would add to your research of the family line. Lorraine.
