Re: Samuel F. Erskine b. 1846 Bristol, ME

In collecting data on Packards I just came across reference to a Lorenzo D. Erskine who reportedly was born about 1839 in Bristol, Lincoln Co., Maine, and who married Roxanna Packard 22 July 1865 in Quincy, Norfolk Co., Mass. She was born 11 Dec 1844 in Quincyand died 24 June 1883. Her parents were George Washington Packard and Lucy Ann Hersey.

I, too, am looking for more information on Erskines in Bristol or vicinity. Does this fit with anything you have?
