1948: Mrs. Mary (Kramer) Erwin, native of Wilkes-Barre, PA., Dies
MARY KRAMER ERWIN DIES AT NIECE’S HOME.
Mrs. Mary Kramer Erwin died last night at 6:15 in the home of her niece, Mrs. Anna Loefflad Faroni, 24 Hazle street, of an illness of complications. She was 69 and the widow of Jacob Erwin.
A native of Wilkes-Barre, Mrs. Erwin lived in Oil City 27 years and returned to this city last December. She was a former member of St. Nicholas Church.
Surviving are three brothers, Ferdinand, Wilkes-Barre; Louis, Lehman; William, Camden and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:15 from Klein funeral home. A requiem mass will be celebrated in St. Nicholas Church and interment will be in Hanover Green Cemetery.
Calling hours tonight 7 to 10 and tomorrow 2 to 4 and 7 to 10.
