One 'Alfred M. Kino' was a well known London outfitter in the 1870s. He had four shops, Cornhill, Regent Street, Lombard Street and Ludgate Hill.
This is taken from his newspaper advertisement which appeared on the front page of the Naval & Military Gazette and East India and Colonial Chronicle, Wednesday June 13th 1877.
He evidently liked his own name, as it appeared in the advertisement no fewer than ten separate times!
