Eite family in C19th Nottingham

One of my Gr Gr Gr Grandfathers was Edward EITE, Butcher of Eland Street,Nottingham, England.It seems that most of the EITEs in the area at this time (1820-1860) were butchers, and many of them seem to have been born in Colston Bassett.Does anyone have any information about this family?
