INFO ON TIMOTHY EWEN NEEDED

I am doing some reseach for my sister-in-law on her Ewen side of her family.I have traced her line back to William Andrew Ewen (1795-1853) and his wife Sarah (1801-1875) and I think her maiden name was Holmes.There is some indication that William's parents were Timothy Ewen and wife Sarah Starnes, or something like that.Does anyone have any information on Timothy and Sarah?
