Ephraim Ezell and Martha Harris

I have recently found out that Ephraim Ezell the son of James Ezell of Spartanburg County South Carolina was married to Martha Harris. I was wondering if anyone knows or has any ideas who her parents may have been. In the 1812 Pension application she stated that she and Ephraim married in 1814 in Spartanburg County and that Ephraim diedin 1861. any help would be appreciated. I descend from their son Samuel Ezell and his second wife Hannah Craft.
