Justin,
You can view the 1832 estate settlement of our ancestor Thomas Ferguson, Esq., Lincoln Co., NC, in the Lincoln estate settlements on FamilySearch.org. There are a lot of papers there that document the division of Thomas's estate.
The link to the digitized LDS records are at the bottom of the FS home page. Click on United States, wait for the records to finish loading, then click on North Carolina and wait, then choose estate records, then choose Lincoln.
If you see the option to enter a specific name, then enter Thomas Ferguson. If not, then the next step allows you to click on a letter F to bring up estates for surnames starting with that letter and choose from the list Thomas Ferguson 1832. It is a tedious process, but worth it.
Elizabeth and her husband John (no middle name or initial) Falls are mentioned in the division papers.
The York County, S.C., estate papers are reached in a similar fashion. You can check the probate index to find the case number and file for the estate of John Falls.
You can also check the bound probate volumes for his recorded will.
(Case 18/File 738), York Co., SC; Will Book G, pp.534-535 (1837)
The WPA typescript copy can be viewed on the South Carolina Archives website.
Regards, Dan
