Andrew & Rachel Farley

My gGrandfather Michael Farley 08/02/1865-04/16/1938 was the grandson of Andrew & Rachel. He is listed as living in there home in both 1870 & 1880 Census Reports. By 1900 he was living in Webster Co., WV. He married Effie Dallas Perry of Jackson Co., WV on 10/24/1906 in Nicholas Co., WV. The marriage certificate has his mother listed as Elizabeth Farley, but the fathers name is unreadable. His death certification has his father listed as Unknown. Does anyone know who his father was?
Acording to census there is an Charles H. Farley living with Andrew & Rachel that is 2yrs. older than Mike. I would assume this to be Michaels brother. Michael also named one of his sons Charles H. Farley.
Any ideas?
