Francis A. Farley, born OH, lived in PA

This is my first attempt at FARLEY research.
I received my great grandmother's death certificate justyesterday and I can see already there is going to be a difficult search ahead of me.Francis A. BRICKER, nee` FARLEY was my great great grandmother and born in OH Jan. 1846.I found her (as a male named Frandcis Bricker) in the 1870 census living next door to Abram Bricker...however the numerical order was mixed up so it's possible they actually lived together at the time.They had a child in 1880, my great grandmother Mary Bricker, born 1880 in Ligonier, Westmoreland Co., PA.

I can't find Francis/Frances/Fanny Farley in 1860 anywhere.I know Abram Bricker didn't leave Ligonier, he was born in Ligonier and lived with his mother Catherine there from birth, until she died between 1850 and 1860.Only as an elderly couple did they move from Ligonier to Derry, Westmoreland Co. PA

Any clues from FARLEYs who may know of a Francis (female) Farley born in OH 1846?
