Darren, I was interested to know that you are still located in the Aberdeenshire area.I have just posted this message to another comment a few above yours but will repeat it here in case you may have this information.I am looking for descendents of this couple.
"I have just located the death certificate of our great granduncle who died in Aberdeen in 1937.

On this certificate it states that Elizabeth Farquhar was his wife and the informant was his father in law George (what could be an S initial) Farquhar also from Aberdeen.

Does any of this ring bells with your lines?
