Re: looking for link before Patrick Faulkner

Hi! Looks like we're cousins! I too am a descendant of Joseph Faulkner! I didn't know that he imigrated through Canada. That may be helppful. Patrick was naturalized to the (Aroostook County)Houlton Supreme Judicial Court in Houlton, Maine on 9/29/1851. I am currently trying to track down that lead. The biggest problem is that there is no birth cert. for Patrick. He was born in 1816 and Ireland did not start with civil registrations of birth until 1845. I think there may be a link to a Patrick Faulkner and mary gregg who were married on Nov. 2, 1772 in Donabate, Dublin, ireland. Let me know if this helps. My e-mail is smith29@ctaz.com Thanks.
