I am a descendent of Thomas Faulkner born about 1599 inMiddlesex, England. Margaret, no surname, is listed as wife (first,second or third wife?). Both Thomaa and Margaret died in Halifax, VA. Thomas' son, Thomas, was born about 1685 in Halifax, VA, and married Marie Mary Catherine Ferree,6/30/1715, the daughter of Daniel Ferree and Maria De La Warrembere. Maria was born in Bavaria, Germany. Some of her family were French Huguenots and seem to have been silk manufacturers in the Normandy area. Children of Thomas: Benjamin, b. 12/17/1714; Mary Catherine, b. 1716; John b. 1717; Jesse b. 1718; Catherine, b. 1719; Jacob, b, 1720; Eve, b. 1722; Susannah, b. 1726.
