The Illinois IRAD death index (1916-1950)lists several Faulkner's in Hancock County, IL. They are

Anna A., d. 1927;
Charles Edward, d. 1929;
Edith H., d. 1917;
Helen M., d. 1924;
Margaret Anna, d. 1949;
Sarah A., d. 1925.

Since there is a Charles and a Sarah listed they could very well be the family you are looking for. There is little additional info on the sight but you can send for a free death notice from IRAD. You might also try the Hancock County Web page. Good luck.
