My name is David Hudson. I live in Jamestown, Ohio. I was given up for adoption in 1962. I recently obtained a copy of my original birth certificate.My birth mothers name was Eileen Ruth Faulkner. Her mailing address listed on the birth certificate is 1348 Ethan, Cincinnati, OH
