Re: Really Need Help with Fay's from Ireland

I have a James Fay (1830-1911) as my great grandfather. He was married to Bridget(Delia)Murray (1834-1920). They immigrated from County Cork, Irleand around 1850. They had 10 children; Jack, Joseph,Mollie, Kate, Thomas (my grandfather),Annie,Martin, Patrick,James, and Harry.They moved to New York, then to Maysville, Kentucky. They are buried in a cemetry in Paris, Kentucky.
James's parents were Martin(1801)and Margaret Ann Smith Fay (1801)
