I'm afraid I don't have info on Toby Feake, but did find a little in the NYG&B Record on the year of his birth, but not much on his son with Anneke Patrick. The closest date seems to be 1649. It comes from a website that posts a disclaimer regarding earlier, spurious, information: "Tobias Feake: I previously had another Tobias Feake, a son of Elizabeth Fones and Robert Feake, and I traced my ancestry from him, through James his son.
I have recently been persuaded that this was incorrect and there was only one Tobias {FEAK72}, the son of Robert's brother James and Audrey Dixon-Compton. Chiefly persuasive in this regard was the Patricia L. Haslam article in The Register: Captain Daniel Patrick of the 1630 Winthrop Fleet and Some of His Descendants, NEGHR 153:466ff (Oct 1999). (Tobias' 1st wife, Annenken, was Daniel Patrick's widow.)"

I believe I've seen Anneke Van Bayern's birth as being somewhere around 1610; given that date, circa 1649 is more than likely the date when James, son of Anneke and Toby Feake, was born. I'm sorry I don't have more info to give you. Good luck in your search!
