I believe John Featherstone lived in Antill St (Hobart) formerley Baldery Point between 1848-1852. New information suggests he may have run the Greyhound Inn from 1845-1875.
He refused to acknowledge his daughter Maryanne when she came to Australia, though she had been left a trust fund by him - Trinity College in Dublin
