DNA Project

By William Featherstone August 09, 2003 at 09:29:15

The Featherstone Society have set up a DNA project to try and identify using DNA samples from living holders of the surname or one of its many variants, if there is a common ancestor.
For a fuller description of the project visit the Society Web site at http://www.featherstone-society.com/dnahttp://www.featherstone-society.com/dna
If you are a male holding one of the surnames- or you have a brother, uncle, cousin, father who does and you would like to take part in this project, please contact me at [email protected], and I will send you a link for you to be able to participate.
We are getting familytreedna to do the testing and you can check the results of the tests if you participate on their web site.
Regards
W Paul Featherstone
for the society.
