All I know is that he was born about 1840 in Ireland and died in Clinton, MA in 1877. Married Ellen Grant in Milford, MA in 1859. I find that the family spelled the name many ways Featherstone, Featherston, Fetherstone and Fetherston. I've ben searching the Mormon site and immigration list but the name is so common I haven't had any luck yet.
