I know your posting is a little old, but am interested in knowing more about your DNA project.My family does not carry the name of "Featherstone", but have evidence that we may have descended through an illegitimate male child in which a "Featherstone" is thought to be the father.Our DNA test will probably be run using the family name that has been carried down through the years.A relative is heading up this project, but I understand that it may be run through a worldwide DNA project program. If you can let me know where your DNA project is held, maybe we can make sure that sight is researched.We are hoping to finally tie our line into a family after many years of searching.Thanks in advance for any assistance you might be able to extend.
