John and Squire Theophilus Ferdinand

I have come to a dead end. Squire Theophilus Ferdinand was born inon 8th Dec 1816 in Bradford, the son of John Ferdinandand mary Simpson. I have a vague reference toJohn being born around 1797 in Tower , London, but all my searches have drawn a blank. Anyone know naything more thanks Martin.
