I have just checked through the tree that has been provided by Dr. Peter Ferdinando ready for our Discovery Weekend later this year and there is your line up to John Ferdinand and Mary Simpson.At present John is not linked into the main tree as yet but there are a number of descendants and there are some probable links too.Unfortunately none of this is my work so I can not tell you much more other than the data is on the tree that has just arrived.

Suggest a quick line off to Dr. Peter as he will have the provenance etc.You can find his address at the Guild of One Name Studies Web site under Ferdinando name.
