Dr. Green is also Bevley's 2nd great grandfather so you guys would be distant cousins.Bevley is also a distant cousin of mine on the Strickland side but I never let a few generations stop me from apprecating the wonderful cousin that I found.

I did see that there was an Estate settlement online for Green Ferguson.I am wondering if perhaps that is what it is and not a will at all.
