Betsy Ferguson of Wake County North Carolina

I am seeking information about my gg grandmother, Betsy Ferguson , who was born in Wake County, North Carolina. She married James High who was also born in Wake County. It is likely she lived and died in either Wake, Orange or Durham Counties North Carolina (although Durham county was only created in 1881 from Orange and Wake counties. )

My information is from the death certificate of my g grandfather, Charles Thomas High, son of Betsy and James. Charles was born in either 1855 or 1865 (the gravestone, and the death certificates, vary. Information on the death certificate was given by one of Charles' sons. )

I would guess, then, Betsy Ferguson was likely born in approx. 1835-45, in Wake County.
