Elvena J. Fernald b. 1864 d/o Augustus and Octavia

Looking for date and place of death for Elvena J.Fernald b about 1864 Eliot, ME d/o Augustus Melville Fernald and Octavia Green Fernald. Elvena married James Avery Hanscom. I would like date and place of that marriage if available. If anyone happens to have maiden name of Octavia's mother, that would be great. I think it might be TOBEY but another source says LEIGHTON. Octavia is on a census as a teen with the TOBEY family. I thought it might be her grandparents.
Just to verify: Are Augustus' parents Capt Wentworth Fernald and Mirriam Stapes? If so, are Capt Fernald's parents Wm Wentworth Fernald and Waite Salsbury with Wm's parents as John Fernald and Sarah Wentworth?
