Hmmm, could have been a grandson or great grandson of Henry Figgins, 1831 - 1859 or 1860.Henry lived in Shelbyville, IL.I mostly know about his third son's family, Cyrus Rankin Figgins.But he had two other sons, Charles Mansfield and Lewis Henry both born in the mid 1800s.
