The parents of Jacob are Fielden (b. 1821) and 2nd wife Sophia Holly Ross (b. 1835).The line going back from Fielding is:Absolom b. 1797; Fielding b. 1770 and Daniel b. 1726? A Capt. in Rev. War.Data on these individuals is given in various messages in this forum.
I have names only for 14 children of Jacob and Laura Bridges:Arthur James;Burl Tolloid;Rosco Conklin;Gaylord Marion;Eldon;Dorris Everitt;Henry Franklin;Dorothy Mae;Irvin;Elma Edna;Mark Eli;Osa Marie; Nada Irene; and Thomas Edward.
Several descendents of Jacob still live in Shelby Co. and they have a Figgins Reunion, usually the 2nd weekend in June.I have attended a couple but not recently.I would love to exchange information, and if you wish, contact me at [email protected]
